This morning the older three kids and I participated in Maumee's Annual Memorial Day Parade. We marched with a group from church handing out balloons, candy and fliers for our upcoming kids camp this summer
. It was a lot of fun. The girls especially liked taking part in all the action. Emma handed out gum and Hannah worked the balloons. Caleb had fun being with his friends Pete and Mitch. They handed out some candy but, mostly were there for the ride.
Happy Memorial Day and a special thanks to all those men and woman who are/or have been enlisted in the military protecting our freedoms. Without you and your families we would not be able to have the rights that we enjoy every day. Thank you and God bless!
